1. DEFINING

2.3 Your name, BVN (Bank Verification Number), date of birth, gender, educational background, physical address, email address, employment information, marital status, emergency contacts, phone number, SIM card details, financial and credit information (including your Mobile Money account details, bank account details, and bank verification code (if applicable), and account ID and/or password are among the specific personal information you must provide when you register with us and create an account through the App. You will use these details to access the App after registering.

 

3. THE USE OF THE PERSONAL DATA THAT WE HAVE GATHERED

We are permitted by current legislation to use the collected personal information for the following purposes:

3.1 We might use your personal data in the ways listed below:

3.1.1 identifying and registering you as a user, as well as managing or controlling your account and credit terms;

3.1.2 Before registering you as a user, we may decide to apply or carry out any checks.

3.1.3 to collect fees for using the service and to distribute the loan;

3.1.4 to carry out credit assessments and create credit models;

3.2 In addition, we may use your Personal Information for the following broader objectives, even though we will always act responsibly and use no more Personal Information than is necessary for the particular purpose in each instance:

3.2.1 to carry out relevant business processes and operations;

We must complete our responsibilities in compliance with any applicable laws in addition to carrying out regulatory inquiries, investigations, and directives. This include doing out investigations, due diligence, and audit assessments.

 

4. DISPLAY OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION WE GET

Please be aware that even if you choose to opt out, we may still send you non-promotional notifications about your account or the app, loan disbursement or repayment receipts, and other information.

 

14. WEBSITES MANAGED BY THIRD PARTIES

14.1 The App and Website may contain links to external websites run by third parties. We have no control over these websites and are not liable for the way in which these third parties gather, use, maintain, share, or disclose data and information. Please go to their terms and conditions and privacy policies, respectively, to see how those third-party websites gather and use your personal information.

14.2 Links to the advertiser's website are included in the advertisements on our app or website. As a result, the advertiser will gather and use any information it obtains from your click on the link in compliance with the advertiser's privacy statement.

 

15. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY

Any indirect, incidental, consequential, exceptional, exemplary, or punitive damages that might arise from the following are not covered by us:

15.1 The way you depend on and use the application, or your incapacity to access or use it; or

15.2 Any interaction or transaction you have with any other third party, even if we haven't been made aware of the possibility of such losses.

 

Any delay or nonperformance resulting from circumstances outside of our reasonable control will not be our responsibility.
